Welcome to Embody Your Light. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.embodyyourlight.co.za) and services. By accessing this website and/or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using this site or engaging with our services.

1. General Use

This website is operated by Lux Solaria (Pty) Ltd, trading as Embody Your Light (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use this site.
All content on this site is for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

2. Services

We provide Feminine Embodiment Coaching and related services. Coaching is a partnership intended to support personal growth and development.
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or financial advice. Please consult the relevant licensed professional for health, medical, or psychological concerns.

3. Bookings & Payments

All sessions and programs must be booked via our scheduling system (e.g. Calendly).
Payment is required in advance in order to confirm your booking.
We accept both South African and international clients. Payment options will be provided at checkout, and may include bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved platforms.
If payment is not received prior to your session, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Refunds are not offered, except where required by South African law or consumer protection regulations applicable in your country of residence.
For multi-session programs, you are responsible for full payment regardless of completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, practices, and resources provided as part of our services are the property of the Company
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own development.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients. All information shared in sessions is confidential, unless disclosure is required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

7. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are solely responsible for the choices, actions, and results that arise from coaching.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
For international clients, mandatory consumer protections under your local laws will also apply.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
